By using Gymify or attending any participating fitness centre using Gymify, you acknowledge and agree that all fitness activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, illness, or death. You voluntarily accept and assume all such risks in connection with your access to and participation in fitness centre services and activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gymify Pty Ltd (we, our or us) expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility for any injury, loss, claim, or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising out of or in connection with your participation in activities, use of facilities, or interactions with staff or other members at any participating fitness centre. This exclusion applies regardless of whether such injury, loss, or damage arises due to any act or omission of the fitness centre, its staff, other members, or otherwise. It is your responsibility to comply at all times with all terms, conditions, policies, and rules of each   fitness centre you access through Gymify. Any contract for the use of facilities and services is strictly between you and the relevant fitness centre; we are not a party to such arrangements and bear no responsibility for your actions, safety, or experiences at the facility.  Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use Gymify or attend any fitness centre using Gymify.
